HOW

To kickstart your mind, we’ve packed a 6-month traineeship consisting of:

Step 1 - All around training

First of all, you’ll dive into 3 months of training covering shipping agency, freight forwarding, marine energy, ship management, and ESG. You’ll be learning straight from the best professional in our Group, from different corners of the world.

Step 2 - On the job training

The fun part: 3 months of “on-the-job training”. Here you’ll truly learn what it means to be operational in one specific business unit.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Empowering Minds is designed for young and bright graduates between 20 and 26, ready to explore the working world and embark on their first professional journey in the maritime and logistics business industry.

While the Cosulich Group, now composed of 15 business units, is much more diversified than this, its core business has always been represented by shipping and logistics activities. Born in a maritime context, the Group has leveraged shipping and its extensive network of relationships as the driving force behind its operations.
